Homemade ravioli. Yummm…

We were a bit late on celebrating Malbec’s day!
Yes, Malbec, the grape used to make wine.
Of course it’s just an excuse to open a fancier bottle and make a special dinner…
Husband made homemade ravioli from scratch, with a delicious slow cooker beef tenderloin (in wine) and a buttery-sage sauce.  I’m trying to become a vegetarian, but it’s just not possible with this dish…
And the wine… We had the delicious Argentinian 2010 Achaval Ferrer Malbec. Gorgeous!
